Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients.
- Mix gently until just combined - don't overmix.
- Shape into a loaf on prepared baking sheet or press into loaf pan.
- Mix glaze ingredients and spread evenly over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra moisture, add 1/4 cup milk or broth to the mixture. Leftovers make great sandwiches.
